Addressing the Job Deficit Through Sustainable Enterprise

”Throughout my life, I have seen how women—including single mothers like my own—are often left behind economically. IGNITE is here to provide viable access so anyone can launch their own business with affordable capital. With nearly 300 million people, Indonesia is Asia’s most strategic market, surpassing Vietnam, and we aim to establish it as a regional benchmark,” Pathman said.

Within just six months of its international launch, the IGNITE network has attracted more than 700,000 members worldwide.

Honoring a Commitment: Why Bali Was Chosen

Unlike most multinational corporations that establish their Indonesian headquarters in Jakarta, IGNITE selected Denpasar as its second global operational office outside Malaysia. The decision honors a personal commitment made by Pathman to IGNITE’s founding local partner, Ida Bagus (IB) Dipa Abadi, during a meeting at Kuta Beach in April 2026.

”Back then, the Chief promised that because I was the first member to join and came from Bali, the first Indonesian office would be built here. Today, that promise was kept. Our presence is not just about financial gains, but also about building mental and spiritual resilience to help communities overcome economic adversity,” said IB Dipa Abadi.
